James Roach - Managing Director

James Roach is an experienced NHS Director who has held senior roles across Health and Social Care which have included Chief Officer of a CCG; Director of Commissioning; Joint Director across Health and Social Care; System wide Director of Transformation and Director of West Essex Integrated Care Partnership.

As Managing Director of Conclusio Limited he has led a number of national transformation programmes, launched several national reports and has brokered and led partnership initiatives across NHS and the Pharmaceutical Industry.

He is passionate about clinical innovation and developing impactful relationships across the health, care pharmacy and patient interface and across the wider health and social care supply chain.

























Caroline Howden - Delivery Lead

Caroline has over 20 years experience working across the public and private sectors in programme and project management; client relationship management and partnership working.  Caroline has also provided programme leadership to integrated care systems in West Essex and Newham,  provided consultancy support in adult social care delivering substantial savings and helped design integrated commissioning approaches.  Caroline has extensive experience of working with clinicians, GPs, elected officials, MPs, senior stakeholders across health and local government, front line staff and the public.  
Outside of work Caroline is the Producer and Director for TEDxFolkestone (a locally licensed TED event) and is actively engaged in supporting local issues and holds leadership positions in those roles.

Andrew Lane MRPharmS - Clinical Director and heads clinical leadership team

 Andrew has wide experience owning and operating Community Pharmacies across England. He was immediate past President of the European Pharmacist Forum and one of the founding members of Alphega Pharmacy and was also the first Lloyds Pharmacy Franchise owner in England. He is the Director of AlChem Pharma which has a financial interest in Community pharmacy in Gloucester. Andrew has owned and operated 14 Community Pharmacies from Doncaster to Bournemouth over past 15 years. He is the Chair Gloucestershire LPC and a Strategic Stakeholder Group member Gloucestershire ICS. He is also Chair NPA Policy and Practice, NPA Nominee on PSNC Committee and Vice Chair NPA. His hobbies include travel and the outdoors and lives Oxford and active in local issues.


Jeremy Hooper - Health Economics and Intelligence Consultant

Jeremy has a degree in Statistics and a Masters in Corporate Administration, He has been a Graduate and Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators for over 15 years.

Jeremy has worked on the analysis of large and complex data sets in the Defence and Health Sectors for over 25 years. As part of this he has built predictive models for understanding the cost of ownership of large systems of systems as part of defence procurement. He has also built demand models to support NHS contract negotiations. He has recently built a demand model for Adult Social Care for a Local Authority in the South West of England. 

Jeremy has supported evaluation and performance reporting helping a number of Public Sector organisation understand their performance and how that can be used to improve outcomes for the organisation and patients.

Jeremy worked with all levels of staff in commissioning and provider organisations.


Johnny Skillicorn-Aston - Engagement and Communications Director

Johnny has nearly a quarter of a century of experience of developing and delivering communication strategies within the public and private sectors and within civil society organisations.

 He has supported large-scale transformation projects within the NHS, working with both health providers and commissioners, designing communication plans and campaigns to drive effective relationship management within health and social care systems. Johnny has also influenced, developed and delivered public consultation methodologies within NHS primary care, pharmacy, integrated care systems and urgent care.

 Johnny has also authored public campaigns to create awareness among a range of public groups and elicit support for social and policy change. He has delivered corporate communications and provided crisis management support and guidance within the financial services sector, criminal justice and local government.

Amit Patel - Primary Care Partnership Consultant

Amit  is an experienced CEO with a history of working in the not-for-profit sector. His experience in senior management roles has been gained within health services, primary care and professional development. Amit led the setting up of the first London federation of community pharmacies. 


The function of service development is a joint responsibility of James Roach, Jeremy Hooper and Andrew Lane, and Johnny Skillicorn-Aston joins them in the function of market access.
